The App Store and Google Play editions show an occasional ad between games and offer optional rewarded videos. Ads need an internet connection, and in some countries they need your answer on Google's consent form first. The Amazon edition has no ads.
Games, statistics and settings are stored on your device only. Uninstalling the app removes them. There is no account and nothing to recover from a server.
