Limberlane is a guided stretching app. It has no account. What you tell it and what you do in it stays on your phone. The one thing that leaves it is your subscription status, which is checked through our subscription provider. Chris Brock LLC does not sell or share personal data, and health data never leaves your device.
Only your purchase history, to check your subscription. There is no sign-in, no advertising and no tracking, and the app sends no analytics and no crash reports off your device.
Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat, Inc., a subscription service provider acting for Chris Brock LLC. When you open the app, buy, or restore a purchase, the app sends RevenueCat:
This is used to unlock the app for subscribers, to prevent receipt fraud, and for aggregate subscription reporting (how many people subscribe, renew or cancel). It is not linked to your identity, not used for advertising, not used to track you across other apps, and not sold. It is sent encrypted. RevenueCat's own policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
The app saves these in its own storage on your phone, and never sends them anywhere:
Uninstalling the app deletes all of it. With no account, there is nothing for us to restore it from.
Connecting is optional and only happens if you tap Connect in the app's settings.
Health data is used only on your device for those two purposes. It is never sent to Chris Brock LLC or anyone else, never used for advertising, and never sold. You can withdraw access at any time in the Health app (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android). Sessions the app saved to Health stay there until you delete them in that app.
If you turn on the daily reminder, the app schedules it on your phone. The reminder is created and delivered by your phone's operating system; nothing is sent to us.
Subscriptions are sold and billed by the App Store or Google Play. Chris Brock LLC and RevenueCat never see your payment card or other payment details. The app checks your subscription as described under What we collect and keeps the answer on your device so it still works offline.
Limberlane is made for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. It collects nothing from anyone beyond the purchase record described above.
The app asks for notification permission only when a reminder is turned on, and for Health access only when you tap Connect. It never asks for your location, camera, photos, contacts or microphone.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. The only record is the purchase history held by RevenueCat. To have it deleted, email privacy@chrisbrockllc.com with the order ID from your App Store or Google Play receipt, since the app's identifier is random and not linked to you. Deleting it does not cancel a subscription; cancel that in your store account. Everything else is on your phone and is deleted when you uninstall.
If a future version collects anything more, this policy is updated before that version is released and the "last updated" date above changes with it.
