These terms are an agreement between you and Chris Brock LLC about the Limberlane app.
Limberlane offers general stretching routines. It is not medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition or injury. Move gently and stop if anything hurts. If you have an injury or a health condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a stretch suits you, ask a doctor or physical therapist before you start. You choose which routines to do and how far to go, and you do them at your own risk.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Limberlane on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. The routines, text, name and design belong to Chris Brock LLC; the muscle figure is from react-native-body-highlighter under the MIT license.
The app is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be free of errors or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Chris Brock LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising out of the app, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for Limberlane in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as that law permits.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you and Chris Brock LLC each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
